Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and service and hope that you will be delighted with your purchases. If however, the goods arrive with you in a damaged condition, or you feel it is necessary to return an item, please advise our office immediately and we will try to agree and resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
We will credit /refund all purchases returned provided they have been returned within 14 days of receipt, and providing they are in re-saleable condition. Personalised/Customised goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
You are responsible for the returned item(s) until they reach our offices. We suggest that you use a recognised recorded delivery service for the return of goods to us.
